This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of defendant-respondent Seigel Mobile Homes Group in an action arising from Seigels sale of a mobile home to the Jensens. Plaintiffs-appellants Jensens had brought the action for rescission and punitive damages against Seigel and its agents and for breach of warranty against both Seigel and Fleetwood, the manufacturer of the trailer. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
